The redesigned cab makes an immediate impression—bold grilles, sculpted bumpers, and distinctive LED headlamps combine to give the truck a powerful, modern look.
The lighting package now includes full LED headlamps, daytime running lights, and interior illumination. On FRR and FSR models, headlamps are integrated into the cab; larger FV and 4x4 F Series trucks feature bumper-mounted lamps for a clean, robust finish.

At the heart of this is the new 6.7-litre Isuzu DB6A engine, co-developed with Cummins and built in Isuzu’s Tochigi Engine Plant. Available in 260 PS (191 kW) and 300 PS (221 kW) configurations, these engines ditch EGR in favour of a more efficient SCR + DPD setup, resulting in:

Power is delivered through Allison 6-speed Gen Six automatic transmissions, and all engines meet Euro VI emissions standards.
